→ Decorations

09 - More Christmas sprinkles for topping
10 - Optional whipped cream

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 325°F (160°C). Coat a 9-inch springform pan lightly with grease. Combine crushed cookies with butter, press firmly into the bottom of the pan, and bake for about 8-10 minutes until golden. Let it cool down.
02 - Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth using a mixer. Add eggs slowly, one by one, and mix fully before adding the next. Stir in vanilla and sour cream, then gently fold in the sprinkles without stirring too much.
03 - Pour the batter over the cooled crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes—remove when the center is still a bit wobbly. Turn off the oven, leave the door slightly open, and let it rest for an hour.
04 - Take the cheesecake out and let it cool to room temp. Chill in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hours, or leave overnight for best results.
05 - Add some whipped cream on top along with a sprinkling of extra festive sprinkles. Serve and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Chilling it overnight gives the best texture.
02 - A slight jiggle in the center means it's perfectly baked.
