# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 2 bell peppers, chopped
03 - 1 onion, finely chopped
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
06 - 1 (15 oz) can low sodium beef broth
07 - 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
08 - 1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
09 - 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
10 - 1 teaspoon salt
11 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

→ Cheese Topping

12 - 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
13 - 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Once mostly cooked, add the onions and bell peppers, cooking for 5-10 minutes until softened.
02 - Add garlic to the mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring until fragrant.
03 - Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, diced tomatoes, rice, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
04 - Cover the skillet, reduce heat to simmer, and cook for approximately 20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the rice is tender.
05 - Stir in half of the Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese until melted and fully incorporated with the beef and rice mixture.
06 - Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top. Cover the skillet to allow the cheese to melt. Alternatively, use a broiler if the pan is oven-safe to speed up the process.
07 - Remove from heat and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the skillet is oven-safe if using a broiler for melting the cheese quickly.
