Bring the cream cheese to room temperature first. If you're using coconut cream, make sure it's thick and creamy straight from the can.

Cut off the stems, then mash them up or blend until smooth like a puree.

Toss all the ingredients into a blender, food processor, or use a hand mixer. Mix it until silky smooth.

Scoop into bowls or glasses and pop them into the fridge. It'll get thicker as it chills.
