Heat oven to 325°F. Lightly coat an 8x5 loaf tin with spray and line with parchment.

In a medium bowl, mix up the flour, cinnamon, soda, and salt with a whisk.

Take another bowl and whisk together the egg, sugar, and oil until smooth.

Add the dry blend into the wet, then fold in mashed bananas, buttermilk, and vanilla.

Pour the mixture into the loaf tin and sprinkle the walnuts on top. Bake for about 60-75 minutes or until a knife in the center pulls out clean.
