Starbucks Nutty Banana (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread

01 - 3 bananas, very ripe and mashed
02 - 1⅛ cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 egg
04 - ½ cup cooking oil
05 - 2 tablespoons of buttermilk
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - ½ cup crushed walnuts
08 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
09 - ¼ teaspoon table salt
10 - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
11 - 2 cups plain flour

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 325°F. Lightly coat an 8x5 loaf tin with spray and line with parchment.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix up the flour, cinnamon, soda, and salt with a whisk.
03 - Take another bowl and whisk together the egg, sugar, and oil until smooth.
04 - Add the dry blend into the wet, then fold in mashed bananas, buttermilk, and vanilla.
05 - Pour the mixture into the loaf tin and sprinkle the walnuts on top. Bake for about 60-75 minutes or until a knife in the center pulls out clean.

# Notes:

01 - Swap buttermilk with milk and a splash of vinegar if needed
02 - Best frozen for up to 3 months
