Hot Honey Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 pieces of salmon, about 170g (6 oz) each
02 - 1/3 cup (80ml) of spicy honey
03 - 3 minced garlic cloves
04 - Juice of one lemon, 30ml (2 tablespoons)
05 - 1 teaspoon (5g) of smoked paprika
06 - Salt and black pepper as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a tray with baking paper.
02 - Combine spicy honey, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Stir until it's smooth.
03 - Lay the salmon pieces on the lined tray and coat them well with your honey mixture.
04 - Let the salmon bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Once the fish flakes apart and the glaze looks sticky, it's good to go.
05 - Give the salmon a few minutes to cool before digging in.

01 - The salmon is ready when it easily breaks apart.
02 - Feel free to adjust the spiciness of the honey.
