Spicy Chicken Flatbread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 flatbreads (15 oz package)
02 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
03 - 1.5 cups rotisserie chicken, pulled apart
04 - 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
05 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 cup Frank’s hot sauce (or another Buffalo sauce)
09 - 1/4 cup ranch dressing, plus some extra for topping
10 - 1 green bell pepper, chopped (makes about 1 cup)
11 - 1/4 cup sliced green onions

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 425°F if you’re using a baking tray. If it’s a pizza stone, put it inside and heat to 450°F.
02 - Toss together the shredded chicken, hot sauce, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl until everything’s coated well.
03 - Spread ranch dressing evenly over the top of each flatbread.
04 - Start with the Buffalo chicken and scattered diced green peppers. Layer on the mozzarella, blue cheese, and green onions.
05 - For a pizza stone: slide the flatbread onto it using a pizza peel or upside-down baking tray, then bake at 450°F for around 5-10 minutes. On a regular baking tray: bake at 425°F for 5-8 minutes. Check your flatbread package too for recommended baking tips.
06 - Let them rest for a couple of minutes before slicing. Drizzle some more ranch over the top if you’d like extra flavor.

# Notes:

01 - Swap flatbread with naan, pita, or ready-made pizza crust if you prefer.
02 - Want it spicier? Add an extra splash of Frank’s hot sauce after baking.
03 - This is a great way to use leftover chicken for a quick meal.
