Set the oven to 425°F if you’re using a baking tray. If it’s a pizza stone, put it inside and heat to 450°F.

Toss together the shredded chicken, hot sauce, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl until everything’s coated well.

Spread ranch dressing evenly over the top of each flatbread.

Start with the Buffalo chicken and scattered diced green peppers. Layer on the mozzarella, blue cheese, and green onions.

For a pizza stone: slide the flatbread onto it using a pizza peel or upside-down baking tray, then bake at 450°F for around 5-10 minutes. On a regular baking tray: bake at 425°F for 5-8 minutes. Check your flatbread package too for recommended baking tips.

Let them rest for a couple of minutes before slicing. Drizzle some more ranch over the top if you’d like extra flavor.
