01 - 4 ounces spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces, cooked

02 - 1 large egg
03 - 1 cup sour cream
04 - 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
05 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Additional Ingredients

06 - 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
07 - 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
08 - 1 (2.8-ounce) can crispy fried onions, divided

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Grease a 2-quart baking dish to prevent sticking.
03 - In a large bowl, beat the egg.
04 - Add the sour cream, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder to the beaten egg.
05 - Add the cooked spaghetti, Monterey Jack cheese, spinach, and half of the fried onions to the creamy mixture. Stir until evenly combined.
06 - Pour the spaghetti mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
07 - Bake the spaghetti mixture, covered, for 30 minutes until heated through.
08 - Sprinkle the remaining fried onions over the top of the baked dish.
09 - Bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes, or until the onions are golden-brown.
10 - Remove from the oven and serve immediately while hot.
