Cheesy Southern Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of finely grated sharp cheddar cheese.
02 - 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, cut into chunks.
03 - 6 ounces of chopped pimento peppers (or diced from a jar).
04 - 1/3 cup of mayo.
05 - 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon of dry mustard powder.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon of sriracha or your favorite hot sauce.
10 - A pinch of salt, to your liking.
11 - A few grinds of black pepper.
12 - Crackers for dipping.
13 - Cut-up veggie sticks to dip.

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, toss in all your ingredients. Use either a stand mixer with a paddle, an electric hand mixer, or a sturdy wooden spoon. Mix well until combined, but it doesn't have to be completely smooth.
02 - Taste it and tweak the seasonings if you need to. Want it hotter? Sprinkle on a dash of cayenne.
03 - Serve right away or wrap it up and let it chill in the fridge for an hour (or even overnight). If chilled, it’ll firm up, so leave it out for about 30 minutes to soften before serving.
04 - Scoop the dip into a smaller bowl for serving and enjoy alongside crackers or fresh veggie sticks.

# Notes:

01 - You can enjoy this immediately or after chilling.
02 - Let it warm up to room temp if it’s been chilled.
03 - Works great as a dip or even spread for sandwiches.
