Soft S’mores Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough

01 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
02 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
03 - 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temp
04 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
05 - 1 cup light brown sugar
06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
09 - 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
10 - 1 cup milk chocolate chips

→ Toppings

11 - 2 cups mini marshmallows
12 - 4 graham cracker sheets, broken into pieces
13 - 4-5 ounces milk chocolate, cut into chunks

# Instructions:

01 - Beat the butter with both sugars until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla to the mix. Stir in the flour, a bit of salt, soda, and graham crumbs. Toss in chocolate chips, then chill for an hour.
02 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Cut chocolate bars into chunks while breaking grahams into smaller bits.
03 - Roll or scoop dough (1½-2 tbsp) per cookie and put on a prepared tray. Bake about 10 or 11 minutes until they start turning golden on top.
04 - Pop chocolate, graham, and marshmallows on warm cookies. Broil a couple of minutes if you’d like marshmallows toasted.

# Notes:

01 - Chill the cookie dough for a minimum of 60 minutes.
02 - Put marshmallows under a broiler for a golden finish if you want.
