Snowball Cookies Gingerbread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon molasses.
02 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - A mix of spices: nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, allspice, ginger.
06 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour.
07 - 1 cup softened butter.
08 - Powdered sugar for rolling.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F. Put some parchment paper on baking sheets.
02 - Whip butter until it's creamy. Stir in sugar, spices, molasses, vanilla, and salt. Add flour last until dough comes together.
03 - Drop dough in large spoonfuls onto your baking trays.
04 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, just until the bottoms turn golden.
05 - Coat warm cookies with powdered sugar once. After they're cool, give them another sugar roll.

# Notes:

01 - Keep mixing until the dough sticks together.
02 - Roll cookies in sugar when they’re still warm.
03 - Add a second sugar coat for a nicer look.
