# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 large egg
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
04 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
05 - 1/2 cup melted butter

→ Dry Ingredients

06 - 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

→ Mix-ins

09 - 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
10 - 1/2 cup halved mini marshmallows
11 - 1/2 cup small semisweet chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the oven to 350°F. Melt the butter in a microwave for about 40 seconds.
02 - Stir the melted butter together with the sugars until smooth. Add in the vanilla and egg.
03 - Gently stir in the flour, soda, and salt until mixed. The dough should feel soft but not too wet.
04 - Gently combine the chocolate chips, marshmallows, and graham cracker pieces into the dough.
05 - Form cookie dough balls using 3 tablespoons each. Space them 2 inches apart and bake for 10-15 minutes. They should stay puffy but set.

# Notes:

01 - Both salted and unsalted butter work fine
02 - You can use either dark or light brown sugar
03 - Aerate flour before scooping to measure correctly
