Spread baby carrots evenly in 6-quart slow cooker.

Sprinkle salt, cinnamon and brown sugar over carrots, stir to coat.

Pour maple syrup over carrots and toss until evenly coated.

Spread butter cubes evenly over the carrots.

Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 5-6 hours, stirring once or twice.

For thicker glaze, remove lid and cook 30 minutes more, or reduce sauce in separate pan.
