Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken (Print Version)

01 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
02 - 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped up
03 - 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
04 - 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
05 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely grated
10 - 1 cup heavy cream
11 - Salt and pepper, adjust to your taste

# Instructions:

01 - Add some olive oil to a big pan and warm it on medium-high. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken and cook each side for a couple of minutes until it gets a golden crust.
02 - Place the seared chicken into the crock pot.
03 - Grab a small bowl and whisk together the heavy cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, and crushed red pepper.
04 - Take the sauce from the bowl and pour it all over the chicken in the slow cooker.
05 - Sprinkle the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and grated Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken and sauce.
06 - Cover the crock pot and cook on the low setting for about 4-6 hours, until the chicken turns tender and fully cooks.
07 - Enjoy this creamy chicken served alongside rice, pasta, or some steamed veggies to round out the meal.
