Shrimp Grilled Cheese Sandwich (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 slices of thick bread (sourdough or your choice)
02 - 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
03 - 3 tbsp butter, melted
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - Salt and pepper to taste
08 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper, and sauté with minced garlic in butter until pink and cooked through (about 3-4 minutes). Set aside.
02 - Brush each slice of bread with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic.
03 - Layer mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on two slices of bread. Add sautéed shrimp on top of the cheese. Close the sandwich with the remaining bread slices.
04 - In the same pan, grill the sandwiches on medium heat, pressing down gently until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
05 - Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with a side salad or chips.

01 - Ensure the shrimp is properly cooked before assembling the sandwich to prevent any undercooked seafood.
