Shrimp and Egg Stir-Fry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 large eggs
02 - 1/4 cup milk
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
06 - 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
02 - Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
03 - Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
04 - Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
05 - Add the garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds, or until fragrant.
06 - Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are set but still slightly soft.
07 - Add the shrimp back to the pan and stir to combine.
08 - Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
