Season shrimp with seafood seasoning.

Over medium-high heat, add 2 tbsp vegetable oil and cook shrimp on each side for 2-3 minutes until they form a 'C' shape. Remove from pan.

In a large skillet, add 1 tbsp vegetable oil and ground meats. Once the meat begins to brown, add onions, bell peppers, and garlic.

Once the meat has fully browned, stir in seasonings. Then add flour, stirring well to combine.

Pour in broth and let the mixture simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Add cooked rice and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Stir shrimp back in and mix thoroughly. Serve immediately.
