Cheesy Sausage Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 medium onion, chopped up.
02 - 1 pound penne noodles.
03 - 1 pound sausage, Italian style.
04 - 4 cups broth made from chicken.
05 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
06 - 1 teaspoon mix of dried Italian herbs.
07 - 2 cups of shredded mozzarella.
08 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
09 - 1 can (14.5 oz) cut-up tomatoes.
10 - Salt and pepper as needed.
11 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes (optional).
12 - 2 cups fresh spinach leaves (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Chop onions, mince garlic, and prep the sausage. Grab all the ingredients, including pasta, broth, and tomatoes.
02 - In a big pan, cook the sausage on medium-high heat until browned.
03 - Toss in the onions and garlic. Cook ‘em till soft and you can smell the goodness.
04 - Pour in the broth, pasta, and can of diced tomatoes.
05 - Let it reach a boil, then turn it low and cook until the noodles are just done and most of the liquid is gone.
06 - Mix in the cheese till it melts nicely. Adjust salt and pepper if needed.

# Notes:

01 - Keep stirring every now and then so noodles don’t stick.
02 - If it’s too thick, splash in some milk.
