Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet or pizza pan.

Flatten biscuits and overlap them to form a circular base. Press edges together to raise them. Use butter to coat the top.

Bake the dough for about 10-12 minutes, or until the outside is nicely browned. Take it out and put it aside.

On medium heat, brown the sausage in a skillet. Once cooked, stir in the flour.

Pour in the milk a little at a time, stirring as you go. Toss in the spices and cook until it thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

Lightly scramble the eggs in a pan. Stop cooking while they're still creamy.

Spread the sausage gravy evenly over the cooled crust base. Add the scrambled eggs on top, then sprinkle with cheese.

Bake again for 5-7 minutes. The cheese should fully melt and start to bubble.

Add parsley for a fresh pop of color. Cut into slices and serve warm.
