# Ingredients:

01 - 4 teaspoons baking powder
02 - 2 1/4 cups plain flour
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
06 - 1/3 cup cooking oil
07 - 2 cups of milk
08 - 1 egg, lightly whisked

→ Decorations

09 - A handful of festive sprinkles and extra for garnish
10 - Strawberries (12 pieces)
11 - Whipped cream topping

# Instructions:

01 - In a big mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Give it a good stir to ensure everything’s evenly distributed.
02 - Add the milk, cooking oil, whisked egg, and a splash of vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Stir until smooth, then gently mix in the festive sprinkles.
03 - Warm up a greased griddle on medium heat. Pour batter to create pancakes about 4 inches wide. Flip them when the top has bubbles and cook till golden underneath.
04 - Pop a strawberry on top of each pancake stack. Use whipped cream to make a cute hat shape, then sprinkle extra sprinkles for a festive finish.
