02 - 5 chopped green onions
03 - 10 sliced button mushrooms or 1 Portobello, sliced
04 - 1 tbsp sesame seeds
05 - 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
06 - 8 oz fettuccine pasta
07 - 1 tbsp olive oil
08 - 1/4 cup chicken broth
09 - 60 crunchy snow peas
10 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
11 - 1/4 cup honey

→ Salmon Coating

12 - 1 lb salmon fillet, skinless
13 - 1 tbsp olive oil
14 - 1 tbsp honey
15 - 1 tbsp soy sauce

# Instructions:

01 - In a pan over medium heat, warm up the olive oil. Toss in the green onions and sesame seeds, cooking for 2 minutes while stirring occasionally.
02 - Throw in the sliced mushrooms and let them cook in the pan for another 2 minutes.
03 - Pour in honey, soy sauce, chicken stock, sesame oil, and Sriracha. Stir thoroughly until blended.
04 - Cook your fettuccine by following the package directions. Drain and keep aside. In a separate pot, boil the snow peas for 5 minutes, or until they’re tender yet crispy. Drain those too and set them aside.
05 - Put the snow peas and cooked noodles in the pan with the mushroom sauce. Flip and stir it all until coated evenly.
06 - Set your oven broiler to heat up.
07 - Warm oil in an oven-safe skillet on medium-high. Pop your salmon fillet in there and sear it for approximately 4 minutes.
08 - Combine soy sauce and honey in a small bowl. Spread this glaze over the salmon with a brush.
09 - Move the skillet to the oven and broil for about 4 minutes. The salmon’s done when the glaze is bubbling and caramelized.
10 - Take the salmon out of the oven and let it sit for a few minutes. Dish up the noodles, placing a piece of salmon on top of each serving. Serve immediately for the best experience.
