07 - Lemon, fresh

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a big skillet on medium-high until it's nicely hot.
02 - Use a paper towel to pat the salmon dry, then drizzle olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
03 - Lay the fillets in the heated skillet with the skin-side facing down. Let them sear for about 4-5 minutes until crisp and golden, flip them over, and cook an extra 3-4 minutes.
04 - Heat leftover rice in a microwave or on the stove. Mix in some soy sauce to flavor it.
