Salmon Bites Honey Garlic (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon black pepper.
02 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce.
03 - 1/4 cup honey.
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
06 - 3/4 teaspoon salt.
07 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic.
08 - 2 teaspoons chopped chives.
09 - 1 teaspoon grated ginger.
10 - 2 teaspoons sesame seeds.
11 - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar.
12 - 3 tablespoons olive oil, separated.
13 - 1 1/2 lb salmon, cut into chunks about 1 inch each.
14 - 1 teaspoon paprika.

# Instructions:

01 - Dry salmon, coat it with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of the oil.
02 - In a pan with a tablespoon of oil, fry salmon in batches for 4–5 minutes until crisp.
03 - Spoon in the rest of the oil and cook garlic and ginger for about a minute.
04 - Mix in the soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Let it simmer for 3–5 minutes till it thickens.
05 - Toss salmon in the sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chives before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Get the salmon as dry as possible before cooking.
02 - You can marinate it for up to 1 hour if needed.
03 - Try it in an air fryer at 390°F for 7–9 minutes.
