02 - 1 Small Yellow Onion, diced
03 - 4 Medium Russet Potatoes, peeled and sliced
04 - 8 oz Cheddar Cheese, grated

05 - 1 10 oz Can Cream of Chicken Soup
06 - 1 10 oz Can Cream of Potato Soup
07 - 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
08 - ¼ Cup Milk
09 - 1 teaspoon Creole Seasoning

→ Topping

10 - ⅓ Cup Crispy French Fried Onions
11 - Salt and Pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F.
02 - In a 10-inch cast iron skillet or a small casserole dish, spread the ground beef evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
03 - Sprinkle the diced onions over the beef.
04 - Layer the sliced potatoes evenly on top. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the potatoes.
05 - In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the chicken soup, potato soup, Worcestershire sauce, milk, and Creole seasoning until well combined.
06 - Pour the soup mixture over the cheese layer, distributing it evenly.
07 - Cover the skillet with aluminum foil and bake for 1½ hours.
08 - Remove from the oven, take off the foil, and sprinkle the crispy fried onions on top.
09 - Place the skillet under a broiler for a few minutes to brown the onions. Serve hot.
