01 - 1 lb hot sausage, uncooked
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 10 oz can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
04 - 1¾ cups Bisquick baking mix
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the uncooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and drained Rotel.
03 - Add the Bisquick baking mix and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
04 - Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
