# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
02 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
04 - 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1 cup whole Ritz crackers
06 - 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
07 - 1 teaspoon parsley (dried)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and let it heat up.
02 - Combine the crushed crackers, grated Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium mixing bowl.
03 - Pour the melted butter over the cracker and cheese mixture in the bowl.
04 - Give the ingredients a gentle toss so the butter and seasonings cover everything evenly.
05 - Lay the coated crackers flat on a baking sheet in a single layer.
06 - Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.
07 - Take the crackers out and let them cool off for around 5 minutes before eating.

# Notes:

01 - Serve these crackers warm to enjoy the best crunch. Add them to salads or soups to take them to the next level! For storage, use an airtight container. If they lose their crispiness, just warm them in a low oven.
02 - For a bit of heat, mix in some chili flakes. Want to experiment with taste? Use cheddar or Romano cheese instead of Parmesan. Swap dried parsley for chopped fresh parsley to brighten the flavor.
03 - Chef Gordon Ramsay suggests using freshly grated Parmesan to enhance richness. Chef Ina Garten recommends adding a little lemon zest. Chef Jamie Oliver believes high-quality butter makes all the difference.
