Red Velvet Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups granulated sugar.
02 - 3/4 cup unsalted butter.
03 - 2/3 cup half-and-half cream.
04 - 2 cups white chocolate chips.
05 - 7-ounce jar marshmallow crème.
06 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
07 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.
08 - 3 tablespoons red food coloring.

# Instructions:

01 - Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper, letting edges extend over sides.
02 - Combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and red food coloring in a bowl. Set aside.
03 - Melt unsalted butter in large saucepan. Add granulated sugar and half-and-half cream, mixing until well combined.
04 - In another bowl, combine white chocolate chips and marshmallow crème.
05 - Stir vanilla extract, white chocolate chips, and marshmallow crème into butter mixture until smooth.
06 - Transfer half of white chocolate mixture to bowl with red-tinted chocolate, stirring until chocolate melts.
07 - Spoon dollops of both mixtures into prepared pan. Level surface with gentle shake. Create swirl patterns with small knife.
08 - Allow fudge to cool completely. Lift from pan using parchment paper and cut into squares.
