Red Velvet Molten Cakes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cupcakes

01 - Ingredients listed on cake mix (like water, eggs, oil)
02 - 1 package (15 oz) red velvet cake mix

→ Ganache Filling

03 - 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
04 - 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, broken into pieces

→ Topping

05 - Powdered sugar for dusting

# Instructions:

01 - Melt chocolate by mixing it with hot cream. Keep stirring until silky. Let it set in the fridge for at least two hours until it firms up.
02 - Heat your oven to 350°F and get your cupcake pan ready by adding liners.
03 - Follow the cake mix instructions to whip up the batter. Only pour it halfway into each cupcake liner.
04 - Take a chilled scoop of ganache (about 1 tablespoon) and drop it right in the center of every cupcake.
05 - Pop them in the oven for 20-23 minutes. Pull them out when a toothpick near the side comes out clean. Let them cool a little in the tray.
06 - Peel off the liners, flip the cupcakes upside down, and sprinkle on powdered sugar. They're best when warm.
