Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan to prevent sticking.

Combine the biscuit mix, cold water, and shredded cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl. Stir until a soft dough forms.

Spread the dough evenly into the greased loaf pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

While the loaf is baking, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl.

Brush the garlic-parsley butter over the top of the baked loaf immediately after removing it from the oven. Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
