Raspberry Donuts Baked (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Donuts

01 - ¾ cup sugar
02 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
03 - ¼ teaspoon salt
04 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
05 - 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
06 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
08 - 1½ cups all-purpose flour
09 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (use if you like)
10 - 2 large eggs
11 - ½ cup milk

→ Glaze

12 - ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
13 - ½ cup powdered sugar
14 - 1-2 teaspoons milk
15 - 2 tablespoons fresh raspberries

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and let it warm up. Coat the donut pan lightly with grease. Stir together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
02 - In a bigger bowl, mix wet ingredients well. Slowly add the dry mix. Gently fold in the raspberries.
03 - Spoon batter into pan until ¾ full. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. Let donuts cool in the pan for 5 minutes.
04 - Crush raspberries, then strain. Stir with powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until it’s smooth.
05 - Dip cooled donuts into glaze. Let them sit for 10 minutes to set.

# Notes:

01 - Use either frozen or fresh raspberries
02 - Mixing the batter too much can ruin the texture
03 - You can make the glaze thinner by adding a bit more milk
