Raspberry Bites No-Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces whipped topping
02 - 1 & 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
03 - 12 ounces fresh raspberries
04 - 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
05 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar

# Instructions:

01 - With an electric hand mixer on medium, blend the softened cream cheese and sugar in a big bowl until it's nice and creamy.
02 - Stir the raspberries into the mix until everything’s combined.
03 - Gently fold in the whipped topping, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it chill in the freezer for about 2 hours.
04 - Get the graham crackers and turn them into crumbs using a food processor. If you’ve got store-bought crumbs, you can skip this part. Put the crumbs in a small bowl.
05 - Grab a cookie scoop (around 1 to 1.5 tablespoons) and scoop out the cream cheese mixture. Roll each piece in the graham crumbs until it’s fully covered.
06 - Lay the coated pieces on a lined tray and pop them in the freezer for a couple of hours. Let them thaw at room temp for 5 minutes before enjoying.

# Notes:

01 - If the mixture softens too much while you're shaping, freeze it for a bit to firm it up.
02 - You can use store-bought graham crumbs instead of making your own.
03 - Thaw the bites for 5 minutes before eating.
