Get the graham crackers and turn them into crumbs using a food processor. If you’ve got store-bought crumbs, you can skip this part. Put the crumbs in a small bowl.

Grab a cookie scoop (around 1 to 1.5 tablespoons) and scoop out the cream cheese mixture. Roll each piece in the graham crumbs until it’s fully covered.
