# Ingredients:

02 - 1 cup (250g) Greek yogurt, plain (low-fat or full-fat)

03 - 1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup (adjust to taste)
04 - 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
05 - A splash of your favorite milk for a smoother mix

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the Greek yogurt and protein powder into a bowl, then throw in extras like cocoa powder if you'd like. Stir it up with a spoon or whisk till it looks like pudding. If it's too thick, pour in a little milk to loosen it up.
02 - Take a quick taste. Add some maple syrup or a drizzle of honey if you want it sweeter.
03 - Dig in right away, or pack it in an airtight container and pop it in the fridge—it’ll last a few days.
