Easy Philly Cheesesteak Party Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Items

01 - 12 slider rolls (preferably Hawaiian rolls)
02 - 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye or flank steak
03 - 1 medium onion, thinly sliced

→ Seasonings and Sauces

04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
06 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Toppings

09 - 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
10 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
11 - Optional: sautéed bell peppers, mushrooms, or hot peppers

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Cook sliced onions until softened and lightly caramelized, 5-7 minutes
02 - Add sliced steak to onions, cook until browned. Add Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Remove from heat
03 - Slice rolls horizontally, keeping tops and bottoms connected. Place bottom half in greased 9x13 baking dish
04 - Layer steak and onions over roll bottoms, top with cheese. Add roll tops and brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder
05 - Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden brown
