Pepper Beef Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon salt
02 - 1 pound ground beef
03 - 1 green bell pepper, diced
04 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
05 - ½ cup soy sauce (low sodium works too)
06 - 1 jalapeno, diced
07 - Cooked rice if you want it
08 - 2 teaspoons black pepper
09 - 2 tablespoons butter
10 - 1 red bell pepper, diced
11 - 1 medium onion, diced

# Instructions:

01 - Melt the butter in a big pan, then toss in the diced onion, green and red bell peppers, and jalapeno. Let them soften for about 5 minutes.
02 - Throw the ground beef into the pan and cook until the beef is browned, and the veggies are soft.
03 - Get rid of the extra liquid, then pop everything back into the pan.
04 - Pour in the soy sauce, sprinkle in the seasoning, and stir it all up until it looks combined.
05 - Dish it out with some rice if you'd like.
