Peanut Butter Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
02 - 3 tablespoons of brown sugar.
03 - 1 cup of powdered sugar.
04 - 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter.
05 - 6 tablespoons melted butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Microwave the peanut butter in a large safe-to-use bowl for about 60 seconds. Stir it halfway through to make it softer and easier to stir.
02 - Mix the melted butter into the peanut butter while it’s still warm. Use room-temperature butter for better blending.
03 - Stir in the powdered sugar and brown sugar. These will give it the right amount of sweetness and texture.
04 - Mix in the vanilla extract to boost the overall flavor.
05 - Start blending everything together using a hand mixer on medium for 30 seconds, until it starts coming together.
06 - Turn your mixer to high and whip for at least 1-2 minutes. You’ll know it’s perfect when it feels fluffy and smooth.
07 - Stop whipping and use a spatula to scrape around the bottom and sides to get any leftovers mixed in.
08 - Run the mixer on medium one last time to make sure everything’s evenly combined and silky.
09 - Put the finished mix into a serving dish. Pair it with apples, pretzels, cookies, brownies, or anything you like and serve right away!
10 - If you’re not serving immediately, cover it with plastic wrap and keep in the fridge. Let it warm at room temp for about 15 minutes before serving.
