Peanut Butter Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 box of mix for brownies
02 - Eggs, oil, and water as called for by the brownie instructions
03 - 3 Reese’s chocolate eggs, chopped, or Reese’s Spring Sprinkles Big Cups, chopped
04 - 1/2 to 1 cup of peanut butter M&Ms for spring, lightly crushed
05 - 1/2 cup (1 stick) of softened salted butter
06 - 2 cups of sugar that's powdered
07 - 1/4 cup of smooth peanut butter
08 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
09 - 2–3 tablespoons of heavy cream (adjust based on consistency)
10 - Extra peanut butter candies and Reese’s for the top layer

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the package instructions to prep the brownie batter. Grab a 9-inch square pan, line it with parchment, and spray it with baking spray. Mix in the chopped Reese’s cups (or eggs) and crushed M&Ms gently. Bake as directed on the box, then set it aside to cool off completely.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine your peanut butter with the softened butter until it's smooth. Toss in the powdered sugar, vanilla, and 2 tablespoons of heavy cream. Beat until it's fluffy and smooth. If it feels too thick, mix in a bit more cream.
03 - Once your brownies are cool to the touch, smooth out the peanut butter frosting evenly on top.
04 - Add a layer of chopped Reese’s cups or eggs along with crushed peanut butter M&Ms. Press them down slightly so they stick to the frosting.
05 - Pop the pan in the fridge for 15–30 minutes to make slicing easier. Chop into squares and enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - Switch up the candies to match holidays or events.
