→ Main ingredients

01 - 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
02 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
03 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
04 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
05 - 1 large onion, thinly sliced
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 tablespoon grated ginger
08 - 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
10 - 1 tablespoon sugar
11 - 1/4 cup beef broth
12 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
13 - 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
14 - Cooked rice (for serving)

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef with 2 tablespoons soy sauce and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned and just cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the sliced onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes until it starts to soften.
04 - Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and stir-fry for another minute until fragrant.
05 - Return the beef to the skillet and stir in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and beef broth. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the beef and onions.
06 - Drizzle with sesame oil and toss to combine.
07 - Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately over cooked rice.
