# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 medium onion, diced
03 - 2 cups beef broth
04 - 2 cups elbow macaroni
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1 cup milk
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a large pot, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until cooked through; drain excess fat.
02 - Add beef broth and bring to a boil.
03 - Stir in macaroni and cook until al dente, about 7-8 minutes.
