Blueberry Muffin Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter.
02 - 2 cups blueberries, use fresh or frozen.
03 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
04 - 1 cup of regular sugar.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
06 - 2 eggs.
07 - 1 tablespoon of vanilla.
08 - 1 tablespoon of coarse sugar to sprinkle on top.
09 - 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
10 - 1 cup of milk.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F and lightly coat a 9-inch loaf pan with baking spray.
02 - In a medium-sized bowl, mash together the butter and sugar until creamy.
03 - Break in the eggs, stir in the vanilla, and pour in the milk. Mix it all well.
04 - Blend in the salt, flour, and baking powder until you can’t see any dry spots.
05 - Carefully stir in the blueberries so they don’t break apart.
06 - Put the batter in your pan, then sprinkle coarse sugar across the surface.
07 - Bake for around 65-75 minutes for a big loaf, or 30-40 minutes if you’re making small ones.

# Notes:

01 - Frozen or fresh blueberries both work fine.
02 - Let it cool off before taking it out of the pan.
03 - You can make smaller loaves instead of one big one.
