Blueberry Muffin Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup softened butter.
02 - 1 cup of granulated sugar.
03 - 1 teaspoon of salt.
04 - 1 can of sweetened condensed milk.
05 - A full cup of flour.
06 - Blueberries, 1 cup full.
07 - 2 cups of white chocolate chips.
08 - Purple and blue food dye for coloring.
09 - Topping mix: honey, oats, brown sugar, and vanilla.

# Instructions:

01 - Cover a 9x9 baking dish with parchment. Heat up the flour in the microwave to remove any raw taste.
02 - Blend sugar with butter until smooth. Stir in cooked flour. Warm up condensed milk with the white chocolate until melted.
03 - Mash the blueberries and fold them in. Gently swirl the colors with one quick stir to create a marble-like look.
04 - Combine brown sugar, vanilla, oats, and honey together. Bake at 400°F until toasted and golden brown.
05 - Let the fudge firm up in the fridge overnight. Slice into pieces and sprinkle on the oat topping with some fresh berries.

# Notes:

01 - Be gentle when mixing the colors in.
02 - Keep an eye on the topping so it doesn't burn.
03 - Letting it rest overnight gives the best texture.
