Mongolian Beef Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb Ground Beef.
02 - 12 oz Linguine Pasta.
03 - 2 cups Pasta Water.
04 - 4-5 Garlic Cloves, minced.
05 - 1 tsp Ginger Paste.
06 - 1/4 cup Soy Sauce.
07 - 1/4 cup Brown Sugar.
08 - 1 pinch Red pepper flakes.
09 - 3 tbsp Hoisin Sauce.
10 - 1/2 tsp Ground Black pepper.
11 - 1 tbsp Cornstarch.
12 - 2 tbsp Cold Water.
13 - 2-3 Green Onions, sliced.
14 - 1-2 tsp Sesame Seeds.

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Save 2 cups pasta water before draining.
02 - Brown ground beef with minced garlic over medium heat. Drain extra grease if needed.
03 - Mix in ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, pepper flakes, hoisin sauce, and black pepper with the beef.
04 - Blend cornstarch and cold water, stir into meat mixture. Simmer until sauce thickens.
05 - Add 1 cup pasta water and cooked noodles. Stir well, adding more water if needed.
06 - Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - You can use any ground meat you prefer.
02 - Adjust spiciness by changing amount of pepper flakes.
03 - For thicker sauce, add more cornstarch mixed with water.
