Moist Buttermilk Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups (300g) white sugar
02 - ½ cup (113g) softened butter
03 - 2 large room temperature eggs
04 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
05 - ¼ cup room temperature buttermilk
06 - 2 cups regular all-purpose flour
07 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
08 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
09 - ⅛ teaspoon baking soda
10 - 1¼ cups mashed bananas (around 3-4 ripe ones)

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with spray that’ll keep it from sticking.
02 - Whisk together the flour, salt, baking soda, and powder until combined.
03 - In a separate dish, mash your bananas with a fork until smooth.
04 - Blend butter and sugar for 2 minutes. Beat in the eggs one by one, then mix in vanilla and buttermilk.
05 - Slowly add the dry mix into the butter mixture. Gently fold in your mashed bananas last.
06 - Pop the batter in the oven and bake for about 65-70 minutes. It’s done when a toothpick comes out just barely clean.
