In a big bowl, combine the ground beef, stuffing mix (don't cook it), eggs, half of the ketchup, and water.

Scoop the meat into a greased bread pan. No bread pan? Make a loaf shape on a foil-lined baking sheet instead. Curl the edges of the foil to catch any drips and make clean-up simple.

Spread the rest of the ketchup on top. You can swap in barbecue or chili sauce if you'd prefer.

Leave it to bake for about 45-50 minutes, or until a thermometer reads 160°F in the middle.
