Matcha Cookies Chocolate (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup maple syrup.
02 - 3/4 cup whole grain flour.
03 - 2 teaspoons matcha powder.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
05 - 1 1/2 cups quick oats.
06 - 1 egg.
07 - 2 tablespoons coconut oil.
08 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
09 - 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on the oven to 356°F. Get your baking sheet ready with parchment. Toss all the dry stuff in a bowl and stir.
02 - Stir coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla till thick. Throw in the egg after.
03 - Blend the liquid and dry bowls together. Stir in the chocolate chips at the end.
04 - Give the dough 10 minutes of rest time.
05 - Drop dough onto your sheet and press gently. Cook for 12-15 minutes, until those edges turn golden.
