Marshmallow Chocolate Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
02 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
03 - 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
04 - 2 cups all-purpose flour

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
06 - 2 large eggs, room temperature
07 - 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
08 - 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature

→ Swirl

09 - 1 cup marshmallow fluff

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, mix salt, baking soda, cocoa powder, and flour until combined.
02 - Using an electric mixer, whip the butter with sugar for 3-4 minutes until it’s nice and airy.
03 - One at a time, mix in the eggs, then pour in the vanilla extract.
04 - Slowly add the dry mix to the wet mix, only stirring until blended. Refrigerate for an hour.
05 - Shape dough into balls, create small indents, fill with marshmallow fluff, and swirl it around. Bake at 350°F for about 10–12 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Let cookies rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring.
02 - You can add a bit more marshmallow halfway through cooking.
03 - Don’t stir the dough too much, or the texture can be off.
