Turn on your oven and set it to 350°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until the mixture feels damp.

Press the crumb mix into a glass pie dish, pushing it across the bottom and up the sides evenly. Bake for 8 minutes so it turns a light golden color.

While the crust bakes, whisk the sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lime juice, and zest all together in a bowl.

Take the crust out of the oven, pour in the filling, smooth the surface, and bake for around 15–20 minutes until it sets.

Let the pie cool off entirely before covering it and putting it in the fridge.

Slice the pie into eight portions and, if you want, put some whipped cream on top before serving.
