Lazy Day Vegetable Lasagna (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 15 oz Alfredo sauce
02 - 2 bags (25 oz each) frozen ravioli
03 - 1 cup shredded carrots
04 - 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
05 - 8 oz mozzarella cheese

→ Toasted Panko

06 - 1 cup panko bread crumbs
07 - 2 tablespoons melted butter

# Instructions:

01 - Layer the bottom of the slow cooker with Alfredo sauce.
02 - Place a single layer of frozen ravioli on top of the Alfredo sauce.
03 - Top the layer of ravioli with shredded carrots and fresh spinach leaves.
04 - Place another layer of frozen ravioli, then top with more Alfredo sauce.
05 - Continue repeating the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with Alfredo sauce on top.
06 - Top the final layer with shredded mozzarella cheese.
07 - Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours until heated through and the cheese is melted.
