Cheesy Jalapeno Popper Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 cup (113g) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
03 - 8 strips thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
04 - 4 large jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely diced
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Assembly and Cooking

06 - 10 egg roll wrappers
07 - Vegetable or canola oil, for frying
08 - Ranch dressing, for dipping

# Instructions:

01 - Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced jalapenos, and garlic powder in a large bowl until well combined
02 - Place 1/3 cup filling in center of each egg roll wrapper
03 - Wet wrapper edges with water. Fold bottom corner over filling, then fold in sides. Roll tightly to seal
04 - Heat 2-3 inches of oil to 350°F in deep pot or fryer
05 - Fry 2-3 egg rolls at a time until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side
06 - Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with ranch dressing

# Notes:

01 - Can be air fried at 400°F for 6-8 minutes
02 - Can be baked at 375°F for 15-20 minutes
03 - Work in batches to maintain oil temperature
