Hot Fudge Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup packed brown sugar.
02 - 2/3 cup of rich heavy cream.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon fine salt.
04 - 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla.
06 - 1 1/2 tablespoons of unsalted butter.
07 - 1/2 cup light corn syrup.
08 - 3/4 cup chocolate chips, split up.

# Instructions:

01 - In a saucepan, toss the cream, syrup, sugar, cocoa, salt, and half the chocolate chips.
02 - Bring it up to a boil, lower the heat, and let it gently bubble for 5 minutes.
03 - Take it off the heat.
04 - Mix in the rest of the chips, butter, and vanilla extract.
05 - Serve it however you like—warm or let it cool down.

# Notes:

01 - Lasts in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
02 - Gently warm it up to use.
03 - Gets thicker when cold.
