Honey Pineapple Glazed Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 salmon fillets
02 - 1/4 cup honey
03 - 1/4 cup pineapple juice
04 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
08 - Salt and pepper to taste
09 - Sliced pineapple for garnish (optional)
10 - Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
03 - Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
04 - Brush the honey pineapple glaze over the salmon fillets, reserving some for basting.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, basting with the remaining glaze halfway through cooking.
06 - Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with sliced pineapple and chopped fresh cilantro if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
