Honey Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ounces olive oil
02 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice (juice of 1 lemon)
03 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
04 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
05 - 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
08 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt (or to taste)
09 - ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Add olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic, dried oregano, kosher salt, and ground black pepper to a food processor or blender. Blend or process until completely smooth and emulsified.
02 - Add lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar to a mixing bowl. Slowly stream in olive oil while whisking vigorously until the dressing comes together into a smooth and emulsified mixture.
03 - Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving, if possible. Serve with your favorite salad. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Do not freeze.
